Job Description
- Overseeing and managing all warehouse activities.
- Implementing effective inventory management and logistical strategies.
- Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Ensuring safety and health regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Managing and leading a team of 50 warehouse staff.
- Coordinating and overseeing warehouse logistics.
- Addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Preparing and presenting reports on warehouse operations to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Management, Logistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
