Warehouse Operations Manager (80% Remote)

Our client, an international specialist in the field of warehouse and logistics for retail goods( namely food an beverage), is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager. If you have Warehouse Operations experience in an FMCG / Food Catering and / or Retail environment then this would be the role for you. Reporting to the Operations Controller, our client is looking for a forward-thinking, analytical Operations Manager.

This unique role entails working from home 80% of the time and dividing the other 20% between Head Office and their 2 warehouses (Surrey, Gatwick, Heathrow)

Qualifications / Experience

Warehouse Operations experience in the relevant mentioned industries

Related degree or qualification

Food Health and Safety certificate would be beneficial

Duties Include:

• Managing a 3rd party warehouse including the warehouse contracts
• Stock management, Distribution and warehouse audits
• Implementing policies and procedures
• Liaising with internal and external clients and departments, holding reviews and assisting the Operations Controller with annual reviews
• Liaising with other department in terms of projects
• Ensuring overall compliance of the warehouse is adhered to
