Frasers Group are looking to grow their Shift Manager population to join the Lux team at our impressive state of the art 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre, that's over 30 Football pitches, and is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

Job Description
As Shift Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for the performance of the Lux operation end to end
- Driving the highest standards of safety on site
- Working collaboratively with Core, Automation, Flow Room, ICQA and other functions to assure daily targets are met
- Owning the Lux agenda with the Lux team and take responsibility for setting and delivering OKRs
- Direct line management and coaching of Section Managers including 1:1's to lead performance. You’ll also provide guidance and support to your Section Managers in leading the Supervisor and Trainee Supervisor teams
- Driving performance of key metrics and delivery to plan, ensuring an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil customer web and store demand on time and in full
- Owning problem resolution using structured problem solving – directing teams to resolve known issues and deliver mini projects
- Holding and lead regular performance forums
- Attending planning meetings and own the plan for Lux
- Driving the PDCA cycle for Lux and report out timely and accurately
- Liaising with external agency partners and ensure legal compliance of Agency Worker Regulations
- Communicating to shift / team on daily tasks, changes to working procedures, H&S, Audit etc. Completes shift handovers accurately with oncoming Manager.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Inspiring people leader with proven coaching experience – leader of leaders, equally a team player
- Exceptional people and change management skills
- Experienced problem-solver
- Good analytical and systems skills
- Customer focused approach to operational management
- Resilient, flexible and approachable
- Problem solving ability in a fast paced business
