Reporting to the Head of Digital, as Website Manager, you will manage and develop the St Mary’s external and internal websites, ensuring the sites are continually maintained and improved in order to enhance the promotion and understanding of the University’s brand and goals. The role will take responsibility for driving the development of the website as a key channel for the University.
You will be astute, with a strong focus on data insight and driving data-informed activities, enabling you to effectively evaluate, manage and develop the website. The post holder will have extensive experience in website management and development, as well as experience in the day-to-day running and management of a CMS platform. As website champion for the team and directorate, you will also lead CMS training, and manage the platforms’ key stakeholders across the University. You will be an expert in all things website, with a keen interest in the sector, new technologies and the ever-changing digital landscape.
The post holder will also have experience in editing and managing content on websites, and an ability to write and edit strong, intelligent marketing copy aimed at a wide variety of audiences.
