Reporting to our Wholesale Team Leader, our Wholesale Operations Assistant will work collaboratively with the Wholesale team and departments across our business to resolve issues related to stock availability, logistics, systems issues, customer orders and data integrity. You’ll ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner, while keeping systems up to date and ensuring all stakeholders are well informed throughout the process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s analytical with a key eye for detail, able to effectively utilise Excel and Seasalt’s systems to ensure processes are followed and KPI’s are met.

Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK.

You’ll help us by:

An excellent team player, you’ll review departmental tasks daily to ensure priorities are set and support is offered based on overall team needs. You’ll work with departments across our business, particularly Merchandising and the Warehouse to gain sufficient stock to fulfil orders and to arrange despatch and collection of items and arranging tracking.


An excellent problem solver, you’ll manage and record any order issues that arise (such as pick fails, cancellations, error orders, short deliveries, and management of SMS) as well as stock management, working with key stakeholders to get to the root cause. You’ll create labels and work with the Warehouse team to ensure all required quantities go to correct markets within required timeframes.


You’ll support with general system administration for financial reporting, planning and auto despatch of orders. This includes raising invoices for relevant customers and international shipping, ensuring payment is received prior to releasing orders for despatch and ensuring credit notes are generated where required.

  • Experience using systems and Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
