We are on the lookout for a driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong client relationships and passionate about driving sales growth. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and propose solutions that meet those needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
- Prepare reports on account status and keep client records updated in the CRM system.
- Act as the main point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
