Insignis Cash Solutions is a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for an experienced individual to join our busy team. We have recently experienced a period of substantial growth and are looking for someone to join the Account Management team, with responsibility for a portfolio of our Adviser partners. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, be detail oriented whilst also being personable and confident in building working relationships
Requirements
Sales Organisation: You, and the whole Account Management team will cover our Financial Advice partners and their clients.
- Fielding telephone calls and responding to incoming queries
- Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients available products
- Presentation preparation for new partners
Partner Management:
- Follow-up leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey
- Onboarding and training partners on our systems
- Partner due diligence
- Preparing and distributing monthly management information to partners
Reporting & Analysing Information: You will use our internal systems to analyse trends in our sales data and report these back to partner firms. This includes:
- Weekly sales data
- Conversion ratios at different stages of the client journey
- Timely management of new cases being onboarded
- Identifying areas for improvement

We work in an FCA regulated environment, handling millions of pounds of client cash every day so we need bright, high-quality individuals with:

- Excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent people skills including a confident telephone manner

- Strong IT skills including capability in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
