Account Manager - Creative Agency In Cheshire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our existing account management team in Cheshire, with a strong focus on project management. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships while also overseeing the successful delivery of a wide range of innovative projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend account management skills with project management expertise in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with creative teams to define project scope, objectives and deliverables
• Manage a wide range of projects including design, campaigns, events, digital and video production
• Have a strong knowledge of design, production, web and digital development and print processes
• Produce proposals, budget estimates and quotations using agency management software
• Create and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Assign creative tasks to designers and suppliers and ensure deadlines and profit margins are maintained
• Liaise with finance team to ensure projects are billed correctly and project admin is maintained to a high standard
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations
• Work with external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Requirements:

• Two years or more working in a Creative Agency or marketing environment
• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to present creative ideas and concepts with passion
• Creative and imaginative, with the flexibility to solve problems
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional design solutions
