Salary and OTE

£36,500-£38,500 per annum + Bonus

Job Role and Responsibilities

·Manage a portfolio of key clients and ensure their satisfaction with Products and services

·Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

·Maintain and grow client retention and monthly spends.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at most valued clients.

·Create and maintain tactical account plans for each customer. Using tactical account planning, align offering to our clients overall business goals.

·Competitor Analysis: To feed into Marketing initiatives.

·Customer engagement and feedback: Reviews - Manage and own this, whilst feeding back to the marketing team.

·Leverage existing client to create case Studies

Person Specification

Education and Experience:

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (nice to have but not necessary)

·Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

·Familiarity with the technology industry is a plus. However, 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role is required.

Communication Skills

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

·Comfortable with using the Microsoft suite and CRM

·Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Relationship Building:

·Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

·A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value to clients.

Adaptability:

·Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

·Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new challenges.

·Comfortable working in an environment with Key Performance Indicators.
