Account Manager / Customer Service Coordinator - £21.70/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

6 month initial contract

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Customer Service Coordinator, and the hybrid role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £21.70/hr (inside IR35). The role will be an initial 6 month contract with possibility of extension for the right candidate.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide our customers with a superior experience, receiving parts and services wherever they are in the world and whenever they need it, using easy-to-access and convenient solutions and processes. You will be providing first-class support to our customers professionally and proactively.

In your first few weeks in this Customer Service Coordinator role, you can expect to:

• Be involved in customer relations and take ownership of the relationship with the customers
• Log incoming customer enquiries and respond promptly
• Deliver presentations
• Use multiple reports to identify potential problems
• Interpret the voice of the customer
• Undertake general administration duties within the customer ops team
• Provide regular contact points with the customer, both on the phone and through teams

• Customer service and account management experience
• Excellent administrative & communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Strong Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive common-sense approach with confidence to use initiative
• Experience within customer operations
• Proven ability to maintain, react and think quickly in fast-moving fluid situations
• Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail
• A background or knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential.
