SalaryWe are now recruiting for a new role within an established construction company in Welwyn Garden City. They are looking for an Accounts Administrator who would like to expand their knowledge in an accounts environment.
You ll be working in a supportive inclusive environment within a department of 6 people and full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Administrator:
- Accurate and timely processing of purchase ledger transactions for allocated suppliers. To include purchase invoices & credits and authorising invoices for payment according to company policy
- Recording of waste transfer notes and tipping tickets into company database
- Reconciliation of purchase ledger statements for allocated suppliers and working with the suppliers to resolve issues
- Working with internal buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Maintaining accurate supplier data within the accounting package for allocated suppliers
- Processing of staff expenses
- The duties and responsibilities set out may be varied from time to time to reflect the changing environment and pressures the business may face
For this Accounts Administrator role the employer is looking for:
- Data entry experience, accounts knowledge an advantage
- Good communication skills
- A team player, open to expanding the role in the future
- Naturally numerate
