Due to continued growth, our client is actively recruiting for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Assistant to start immediately, joining the company's existing team on a permanent basis following a successful temp - perm period.
We are looking for a driven candidate to become part of a multi-functional team and provide all round support, to include helping process a weekly PAYE payroll.
The successful applicant will be responsible for daily tasks such as:
- Processing payments, invoices and receipts
- Liaising with suppliers
- Bank reconciliation
- Controlling all outstanding invoices
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining all financial records and data accurately and within agreed systems
- Processing a weekly PAYE payroll
- General administration
- Opening and distributing post
- Provide assistance and support to company Managers and/or Directors as required
The role is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hrs per week - with the flexibility to work either of the following shift patterns - 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm
In return our client offers a starting rate of £12.80 - £13.00 p/h, increasing after probationary period + some great additional benefits!
