Duties

• Inputting Purchase invoices (SAGE)
• Statement Reconciliation
• Resolving Suppliers Queries
• Uploading Month end payment runs
• Maintaining Petty cash & credit card Accounts
• Overseeing employees expenses
• Credit Control
• Additional office and administrative tasks as required

What is required?

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role is essential
• Proficient use of SAGE, MS Office & Excel
• Good communicational skills
• High attention to detail
• Abili9ty to contribute in a team environment
• Be motivated, reliable and honest
