This role will be an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Sutton Coldfield at a well established company.

Duties

Supplier Payment Allocation
Supplier Payments
Weekly Cashflow
HMRC & OANDA Exchange rate updates
Intrastat submissions
Journal Preparation
Bank Reconciliations
Daily Interfacing
Assist with Audit requirements
Weekly sales and inventory reporting
Month End Reconciliations
Support AP team
Any adhoc duties as and when required

Essential Skills

• • Strong GCSE/A-levels or equivalent Hold an accountancy qualification or be part qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail Able to communicate to individuals at all levels Good team working skills Time management
