Robert Half is recruiting an Accounts Assistant for our client in Hemel Hempstead, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The position of Accounts Assistant will require the following duties;
- Reconcile the weekly customer self-bill and resolve any differences.
- Upload and maintain data to finance system.
- Raise weekly and monthly sales invoices.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Weekly reconcile of balance sheet accounts.
- Weekly sales reconciliation.
- Collate and distribute weekly activity reports.
- Resolve invoice queries/ raise credit notes.
- Assisting with financial analysis.
- Actual data vs weeklies check.
- Supporting with PFP calculations.
- Assist in month end process by raising standard journals.
- Holiday/sickness cover for other third-party roles.
- File & email data management.
- Supporting any ad-hoc requirements within the team.
Depnding on experience, the position of Accounts Assistant will be paying up to £30k on a fixed term contract basis. There is hybrid remote working available .
