Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a talented Accounts Assistant to join our client's dynamic finance team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department in various day-to-day tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses.
• Reconcile and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and practises.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work well in a team and independently.
