This Maidstone-based company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their thriving head-office accounts team.
This company is looking for a person with at least 18 months of experience who is used to a high-volume deadline driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Creating sales invoices from customer orders and ensuring they are correct.
• Verifying invoices against despatch notes and confirming goods have been delivered.
• Reconciling customer accounts and following up on outstanding debt.
• Supporting with purchase ledger tasks and Issuing credit notes when needed.
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant role, you will need to have:
• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
