Job Title:Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: St Ives, Huntingdon (office based)
Job type: Temporary, 1-2 months
Hours: Full-time
Reed Accountancy and Finance is working with a leading organisation in the St Ives area, and we are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team on a temporary basis for 1-2 months. You will report to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:
- Processing invoices and matching them with purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Maintaining vendor records and files
- Assisting with month-end closing and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
