SalaryMain responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Assistant will be:
- Code & process all supplier invoices
- Ensure all transactions are processed and paid within agreed terms and that costs are accounted for in the correct financial period
- Post daily banking transactions
- Maintenance of the Purchase Order process
- Supplier statement reconciliations where required
- Scan invoices where required
- Have previous Accounts Payable experience
- Strong communication skills
