Location: Basildon
Salary: Up to £26,000
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Duties:
- Daily bank reconciliation to the account
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase
- Set up new supplier account and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Preparation of Purchase Ageing Report
- Payment authorisation
- Payment processing
- Reconciliation of supplier's statement to supplier's account
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Creating company reports
- Liaising with suppliers
- Processing personal and company expenses
- Processing orders to suppliers and following it up.
- Assisting Internal accountant for any query regarding purchases
- Assisting external auditor
- Assisting HMRC of any query regarding purchases
- Scanning invoices and delivery notes
- Booking for accommodation if required
- Assisting Accounts receivable when needed
Requirements:
- Accounts receivable background
- Competent with all Microsoft packages
- Dealing with multiple contacts and prioritising workload
