Accounts Payable AssistantOur client in Kelvedon are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team immediately for 6 months working through outstanding AP backlog processing payments and ensuring the data is transferred correctly to the new system where required.Duties will include:Processing Accounts Payable dataTransferring Accounts Payable data onto the new system where requiredProcessing paymentsFiling and maintaining supplier recordsChecking and verifying invoicesPerforming other ad hoc tasks as required to assist the Accounts Payable teamExperience required:Must have worked in an Accounts Payable position previouslyExcellent attention to detailGood use of computer systemsTo be suitable for this role, you must be available to begin a new position immediately.Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per weekHybrid working after training (3 days in office and 2 WFH).
