Accounts Payable Clerk (Dynamics 365 Experience Required)

We're proud to be partnering with a well-known children’s charity to recruit a proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to support the organisation while the Accounts Payable function is brought inhouse. This role is an initial offer between £17 and £20.

As the Accounts Payable Clerk your role will involve:

• Processing large volume of invoices.
• Maintaining Purchase Ledger, Invoices, weekly BAC’s runs.
• Processing credit cards, direct debits.
• Dealing with the invoice inbox.

The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will:

• Ideally hold an AAT qualification or be part qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/CIPFA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Have experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ideally have experience working in an international charity.
• Be Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Be Organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
