Summit Family Mediation Limited ('Summit') is a mediation practice offering family mediation and professional practice consultancy in the Hampshire area.
Role
Administration Assistant to a full-time Family Mediator and the sole Director of Summit Family Mediation Limited, based at our offices in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for the full range of administrative duties, including client service, diary management, case management, scanning, photocopying, filing, ordering resources and event administration.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of service and administrative support to all family mediators.
- Provide a welcoming environment to all visitors, ensuring safeguarding protocols are adhered to.
- Process correspondence and respond to other general enquiries, via phone and email.
- Diary management.
- Organise and maintain efficient and effective data collection, filing and administrative systems.
- Cross reference information from various data sets including databases and record keeping.
- Use online platforms (e.g. Teams and Zoom) to organise meetings.
- Assist with the organisation of and support events, including room set up, registering and signing in delegates, ordering and receiving refreshments etc.
- Fulfil scanning, photocopying and filing requests.
- Ensure stationary supplies are maintained.
- To organise own workload in a methodical, efficient and logical manner.
- To work positively and constructively.
- To undertake induction and learning activities as required.
- To attend staff meetings acting as a minute taker.
