Position Overview:
The Administration Team Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our administrative processes to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Administration Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement and manage efficient administrative procedures and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Administration Team, including but not limited to order processing, invoicing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as service operations and sales, to coordinate administrative activities and optimise cross-functional processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor).
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering positive customer relationships.
