- Assist with Shrieval typing when required.
- Provide Administrative Support and assistance to the Sheriffdom Legal Advisor.
- Input information into the Concept Reach system and liaise with engineers and contractors as required.
- Maintains and controls the stationery cupboard by ordering through PECOS.
- Process invoices through the online register.
- Maintains and updates the JP database.
- Process JP expenses through SEAS.
- Create and maintain budget spreadsheets relating to JP training.
- Maintain open ended orders on Easebuy.
- Update the spreadsheets relating to Sheriffdom Overtime Hours on a monthly basis.
- Assist with general administration duties undertaken within the Administration department.
- Occasional minute taking in meetings.
