A fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a successful sub-sea company based in the Fife area. Due to business growth, this role will be instrumental in supporting the asset team manager. This role will be suitable for a fast paced individual, who is looking for an advancement in their career within the Admin sector.
There is on-site training, support from management and existing staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the office manager
- Assisting with recruitment and selection process
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Book accommodation / travel for engineers
- Manage engineers diaries efficiently
- Process time sheets weekly
- Keep certification up to date for engineers
- Upload certification to portal
- Reconciliation of petty cash
- Ensuring the workforce data base is up to date and regularly amended with changes
The successful candidate should have:
- Customer facing/admin experience
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Empathetic to vulnerable situations
- Energetic attitude towards work and helping people in need
- Strong Word, Excel and Outlook experience
