Salary: £25,600 - £29,700 DOE

This is a great opportunity to join worldwide industry leader with outstanding company benefits! We are looking for an Administrator/ Payroll Assistant to support a growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in payroll, and administrative tasks, and who are seeking a stable and rewarding career. In this role, you will be hold a vital part of a close-knit administrative team responsible for supporting the overall operations of the business. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, flexible and thrive in a hands-on team environment. While recent experience in admin and payroll is preferable, the employer is willing to provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing payroll for around 150 employees
• Prepare and submit year end returns & P11 D forms
• Enter all payroll information from working hours and overtime of staff
• Input all pension information correctly into the system
• Monitoring time and attendance records
• Arrange travel, flights and car hire
• Order stationary and other sundries required
• Diary management for meeting and conference rooms
• Supporting various business partners with adhoc admin duties
• Provide admin assistance for project work

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience running payroll
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong prioritisation abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced in using Microsoft Office tools
