As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have a good impression of the organisation and resolve their queries efficiently. Working alongside another helpful Administrator/Receptionist you will:
- Oversee the day to day running of Reception ensuring that all clients receive a warm greeting both in person and by phone
- Answer and respond to client queries in an efficient manner consulting systems where necessary
- Book client meetings and monitoring financial adviser diaries
- Produce routine emails, standard letters and correspondence
- Data management of all potential customer leads and associated data cleansing
- Allocate "customer leads" to financial advisers to ensure future business
- Assist Directors as and when required
- Ad hoc project work
- Covering your colleague during holidays and willing to learn new tasks
As an Administrator/Receptionist administrator you will have:
- Good administration skills with the ability to juggle priorities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident in responding to incoming calls and taking messages
- Clear and articulate communication skills with a warm and engaging personality and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
