SalaryOur client, a Bexleyheath based local authority, seek an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to be based at the Learning & Enterprise College Bexley
The role involves working front line on the reception dealing with enquiries and giving advice and guidance regarding courses to members of the public, dealing with staff and learner queries
Enrolling learners on to coursesChecking in visitors and issuing passesRunning initial assessmentsProviding admin support for the curriculum teamProcessing enquiries and enrolments from the website and mailboxesOther admin duties that ariseDealing with vulnerable adults (SEND) learnersThe successful candidate will be a confident and experienced Receptionist / Administrator who can start immediately and commit to an ongoing temp booking
There is a requirement to work evenings when the college is open late, hours will be adjusted accordingly and a requirement to work on open days where TOIL is given
£14.40 PAYE / £17.73 LTD UMB per hour
