Job Role: Administrator/ Receptionist
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £19,500 - £21,000
Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday, up to 35 hours
Verus Recruitment is excited to assist a Sheffield-based accountancy practice in hiring an Administrator/Receptionist to enhance their team. We seek a candidate with prior experience in a similar role, eager to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
This full-time position, Monday to Friday, offers up to 35 hours weekly, and we are open to considering candidates seeking fewer hours.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
* Manage incoming telephone calls efficiently.
* Handle correspondence and type documents as needed.
* Perform data input tasks accurately.
* Manage post duties, including sorting and distributing mail.
* Organise and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
* Assist in maintaining databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Provide administrative support to partners and staff members in the office.
