Working for a leading service provider you will be part of a busy admin department. The main purpose of the role will be to provide admin and reception support.

Temporary 2-3 months with a view of becoming permanent for the right candidate
Full time hours Monday -Friday 9am - 5pm
Office based
£11.00 per hour + holiday accrual (£12.33 per hour )
Sheffield - S8 Location
Your new role
You will report to the Office Manager and provide support with admin and reception. The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role and be able to demonstrate this upon application. Duties of the role will include;
- Meeting and greeting visitors attending the office for appointments with practitioners
- Preparing files for the attendees /appointments
-Meeting and greeting visitors - handling calls, advising on parking , signing in guests
-Taking delivery to the office
-Signing off appointments attended
-General administration - data entry , office maintenance issues
- Use of MS Office - knowledge and experience required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to complete the duties of the role as outlined above.

Able to start and commit to temporary work
