The Affiliate Marketing Assistant role is brand new hire for the team and you will work closely with their International Digital Marketing Coordinator, to support with the day-to-day running of their affiliate and partnership channels, with a key focus on Netherlands, France & Ireland.
About the Role:
- Plan the marketing activity for the Netherlands and other EU markets.
- Develop & execute their Netherlands affiliate programme.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key affiliate publishers and creators in Netherlands and other EU markets.
- Approve and sign up affiliate partners to join their Netherlands programme.
- Work closely with influencers to develop creator campaigns in Netherlands and arrange gifting to content creators.
- Identify and reach out to new content creators to increase the brands active partnerships.
- Work with the design team to brief assets in Dutch for all relevant marketing collateral and sign off creative assets for affiliate partners.
- Support the Coordinator with reporting and analysis.
- Support the digital marketing team with translations for other performance channels.
About You:
- ESSENTIAL: You must be a Dutch native or fluent in Dutch
- Happy to speak to graduates or candidates with +6 months experience in Digital Marketing
- An interest in Affiliate marketing (previous experience in Affiliates is a bonus!)
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, retail environment
- Passion for the Beauty industry
- Motivated and career-driven
