About this role

The Associate of Commercial Marketing will play a key role in implementing the marketing team’s strategic vision and localized marketing strategies in key industry segments for Aladdin. They will partner with the sales, product management, product marketing and client management teams to ensure collaboration with our top-priority initiatives. A successful candidate will have a financial services technology marketing background and experience in running multi-tactic integrated marketing programs. They will have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, excelling in fast-paced work environments. She or he will be a self-starter and master collaborator , with the innate ability to foster partnerships with a variety of people and teams in pursuit of innovative programs that propel our brand and product consideration while ensuring executional excellence throughout the planning and execution process.

About Aladdin

Aladdin is an operating system that powers every aspect of the investment process for Asset Managers and Asset Owners. Aladdin drives collective intelligence across the most critical functions of the investment management process to inform business decisions. This role will join a team of marketers who are passionate about accelerating our brand in the public and alternatives markets, and marketing’s contribution to revenue and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted campaigns that impact the revenue-marketing funnel for Aladdin’s business

  • Set, measure, and optimize program goals and KPI’s

  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and transfer learnings across global corporate, business marketing and communications teams

  • Measure, quantify and effectively communicate marketing’s impact on positioning Aladdin as an industry leading platform to its target addressable market

  • Cultivate positive relationships across the team’s marketing functions, and partner closely with key stakeholders on prioritized initiatives

  • Maximize return on investment for marketing campaign spend

  • Plan, organize and execute Aladdin presence at hosted and sponsored industry events, online activations and webinars

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or agency consulting, with a focus on tech/FinTech

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy, passionate about accelerating marketing’s contribution to pipeline, revenue, and client success

  • Analytical prowess to optimize marketing’s return on investment based on data and tied to desired business outcomes

  • Skilled manager of tracking customer journeys from first point of engagement through to client renewal

  • Cultivator of meaningful work and relationships that champion BlackRock values across all internal and external interactions

Our hybrid work model
