Dennison Commercials Ltd is the sole Volvo Truck & Bus dealer and the leading provider of heavy commercial vehicles in Northern Ireland. Our business offers new and used Volvo truck and bus sales, rental trucks and all aftermarket services, including all aspects of service, repair and parts provision. Encompassing Dennison JCB, we are also the official JCB dealer for construction, industrial and access equipment and generators in Northern Ireland and Donegal.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will join an existing accounts team of 8 staff in a busy role, based out of our main Ballyclare offices. The role will involve responsibility for a range of accounts duties as outlined below.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week with flexibility required to meet deadlines as applicable.

About The Role
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Stock reconciliations and assisting in stock control and reporting
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial analysis of performance against budget and investigation of key variances
- Cashflow forecasting
- Posting and preparation of journals
- Assisting with external audit
- Meeting month end deadlines
- Ad hoc duties commensurate with the position and providing support to accounts team as required
