Assistant Property Manager (Hybrid)

Assistant Property Manager - Fulham (Hybrid) - £30-35k

We’re working with a relatively new but stable and growing start-up who provide boutique block management services to smaller freeholder properties throughout prime London.

Working directly alongside the MD (who will concentrate on Business Development) an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager is now required as follows:

- Working part home, part office based to start with increasing flexibility in this regard once settled (office is based in Fulham so you will need to be able to travel there as required)

- Helping (alongside the MD) to oversee a local portfolio of smaller blocks dealing with service charge matters, maintenance / repairs, major works and daily resident correspondence/contact

- The portfolio comprises 350 units in total, all across smaller purpose built or converted properties.

- Fix-Flo is used as the resident interface across the bulk of the portfolio, enabling streamlined processing of maintenance/repair requests and less time spent responding to emails (training on its use will be provided in-post)

- Accelerated progression to Property Manager status if desired, as well as exposure to new business on-boarding and direct client contact.

- Excellent Accounts and Administrative support provided by a long standing and friendly team.

Suitable Assistant Property Manager’s will need 1-3 years’ experience in a similar independent environment, have a genuine interest in providing bespoke, quality service and come from a stable career background.

Remuneration will start at up to £35k plus 24 days holiday and pension.
