Attendance Officer required in Hillingdon
At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Attendance Officer to work full-time at a fantastic secondary school in Hillingdon.
Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.
Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, during term time only.
About the role
Our Attendance Officer duties can include:
Monitoring attendance, liaising with teachers for absences
Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
Contacting parents regarding attendance
To liaise with the Duty Teacher in order to track missing registers and students who are missing from lessons
The ideal applicant will have
Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.
A real passion for working within an education environment.
Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
