Administrative Support Officer, Band 4

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient office management systems for the Operations team.
- Provide support in survey-related tasks, ensuring adherence to data collection timelines.
- Maintain electronic data systems with accuracy and timeliness, including data entry.
- Coordinate requisitions, purchase orders, and project expenditure reports.
- Service Operations team meetings by preparing documents, drafting agendas, and ensuring timely actions.
- Support document processing, mail handling, and organize diaries/meetings for the Operations team.
- Effectively handle queries, resolving problems within specified parameters.
- Develop and maintain efficient communication systems for aligned work priorities.
Qualifications:
- 2 A levels or equivalent/higher qualification.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent/higher qualification).
- 18 months relevant experience OR three years' relevant experience in an office environment, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

- Awareness of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work both in a multi-disciplinary team and independently.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of the health and social care environment and associated roles and responsibilities.
- Willingness to develop knowledge and skills through relevant training courses.
