Salary : £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm, flexibility may be possible.
Our client has an opportunity to join the existing administrative support team at a group of 13 consultant anaesthetists based in Central London.
The Role
As a Booking Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of diary management and administrative support to their various consultant anaesthetists and practice.
Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience of scheduling, rearranging, and cancelling appointments as and when required for multiple consultants.
* A strong working knowledge of Outlook diary, Word and Excel and a prior knowledge of PPM software or similar would be an advantage.
* Capable of prioritising workloads and remaining calm under pressure.
* The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team.
* Awareness of GDPR guidelines and experience of dealing with confidential information.
