Brand Manager

Are you a Brand Marketing professional looking to get into the exciting and challenging dental and aesthetics sector? We are on the hunt for someone with a strong understanding of brand strategy to join our busy team for a period of 6 months.

Our business and team are transforming, and you’ll work alongside your line manager, the Head Of Marketing, to lead major changes in our brand strategy and deliver a brand transformation project. As such, you will be creative, enthusiastic, and keen to make your mark and suggest new ideas in a fast-changing landscape.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Deliver DD brand refresh including brand strategy, communication framework, brand guidelines, channel, and category marketing strategies.
• Manage agency partners to work is delivered on time, to budget and to expected quality.
• Develop an omnichannel content strategy including an operational delivery plan; establishes best practices for internal content team.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies; establishes and embeds marketing campaign planning process.
• Drive roll out of brand guidelines across the business.
• Partner with CRM Manager to build campaigns and content for key customer journeys.
• Support Head Of Marketing to establish brand KPIs and measurement.
• Develop supplier marketing strategy in partnership with commercial team.
• Develop trade press and PR strategy that represents updated brand strategy and supports wider business goals.
• Support development of marketing operations GTM process – planning & delivery

Skills & experience:

• 4+ years’ experience as Brand Manager or Senior Marketing Manager
• Proven ability to develop and deliver brand and marketing strategies; B2B experience preferred
• Strong understanding of full marketing mix and how to develop successful omnichannel campaigns
• Strong analytical skills coupled with creative mindset
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate value of brand marketing to senior stakeholders
• Outstanding knowledge of marketing best practices; up to date with marketing trends
• Ability to work independently and proactively build relationships across the business
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action
