We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join an extremely reputable, family-run SME based in Worcester. You will be joining a company that pride themselves in providing a caring, enjoyable, professional atmosphere within the workplace where individuals are given the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
As an Internal Sales Representative you will be responsible for maximising business opportunities by following up new enquiries, maintaining contact with lapsed and low spending clients and prospecting for new clients. This role requires a proactive and driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities and Duties of an Internal Sales Representative:
- Calling lapsed customers to get them back on board.
- Calling lower spending accounts that have potential to increase spend, particularly through taking a wider range of products from us.
- Calling relevant prospects to create leads for new business.
- Booking appointments for external account managers.
- Maintaining a clean CRM Database.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Office based)
Benefits- Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (OTE £39,700-£45,000)
