Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across the On Trade accounts
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Participate in sales events and workshops to boost sales.
- Manage sales administration and report to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant educational qualifications in sales, marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales within the On Trade sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
