Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client who now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join the team at the Belfast site.
The Business Support Administrator is responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts. This will include both paper and electronic administration systems.
Responsibilities
- General administration duties as necessary.
- Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.
- Setting up of new installation projects.
- Processing and setting up of small works projects
- Raising and Approval of Invoices
- Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
- Maintenance of Docuware storage system
- Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support
- Booking Travel and Hotels
Criteria
- Self-motivated & confident with Logical & numerical aptitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Understanding of commonly used office package
- A high standard of computer literate
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated & confident with Logical & numerical aptitude

Role is office hours - Monday to Friday - Starting salary of £23,860.64
The role can offer home working after a period of probation and dependent on business needs.
