Office Administrator
My client is a leading manufacturer based in Lisburn, who are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.
Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Flexi Friday, leave at 1.00pm if making working week up the other 4 working days)
With a salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Role:
You will be responsible for providing full administration and customer service support to customers and the team.
Essential Criteria:
- 2 years Administration experience with 1 year working within a manufacturing role.
- IT and computer literate, with the use of Microsoft Packages – must be familiar with Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders.
- Updating manufacturing and delivery schedules.
- Generating invoices and despatch paperwork.
- Organise accurate paperwork and ability to monitor and manage manufacturing and distribution schedules.
- Responding to customer queries communicating with internal and external customers, transportation providers and other administration activities.
- Ensure that internal and external customer requirements are accurately and efficiently processed using Navision and established logistic pathways.
- Ensure that all invoicing and despatch paperwork is accurately and efficiently completed using Navision.
- Organise and maintain filing systems for all documentation.
