Our client, a Top-100 Law Firm, are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their Birmingham based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their career in a leading international law firm that offers great benefits.Your responsibilities:

  • Electronic filing using our document management system
  • Processing incoming post
  • Compiling electronic bundles for court
  • Conflict searching and Matter opening
  • Courier management
  • Processing incoming requests via the departmental inboxes

Your Skills:

  • Highly customer service driven, with high consideration for accuracy and detail orientated
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, ideally within a professional service environment
  • IT proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Capable to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
  • Team-player who is enthusiastic to contribute and support others as part of a team
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
