Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Salary: 23,000 - 25,000 per annum
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing Support: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Control Support: Maintain product files and compile orders under supervision to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Marketing/Sales Data Analysis and Website Support: Assist in collecting and inputting product data, and support marketing and sales teams with data analysis and website maintenance.
- Buying: Collaborate with suppliers to collect new product data and assist in purchasing processes.
- Finance: Format reports and conduct data analysis to support financial operations.
Requirements as a Business Support Administrator:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
