Description
As a Business Support and Digital Marketing Apprentice you'll join a Family run business as part of a small team in a busy office. Your job role is to support the business in Admin tasks, Customer service and Marketing Initiatives. If you're looking for a well rounded role where you can develop your knowledge and skills then this could be for you.
Duties Include:
Answer all initial telephone calls, booking in service calls and breakdown calls. Would not be expected to deal with complaints or irate customers - these calls would be transferred to the office manager.
To manage all social media accounts for the organisation creating campaigns and responded to enquires on social media.
Print off monthly service reminders and mail them to customers.
Contribute to Marketing Initiatives, including social media management, content creation and promotional campaigns.
Contact tenants for the Landlord Gas Safety service/checks on a monthly basis ensuring that they are booked in before the current certificate expires. We have a list of all those who require contacting each month. Some landlord's like us to contact them first to ensure we have correct tenant details and that we have their permission to go.
Reply to emails that are sent through to themselves or to the generic email address.
work closely with the management team to ensure visually appealing and effective digital assets
Support with the creation and implementation of Email Marketing Campaigns.
Analyse Key Marketing data and report to the organisation.
Conduct Market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to inform Marketing Plans
Take messages where necessary and pass on to the relevant member of staff.
Looking after our contracted customers who are on our 'Service Safe Scheme'. This would involve phoning and booking their annual service when it becomes due and also invoicing for the contract on a yearly basis
To work with the Director on Creating Marketing plans for the organisation.
Entry requirements
Minimum of 4 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
Training to be provided
Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The successful candidate will undertake an 18 month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.
You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
This is a Level 3 qualification.
