The vacancy DN Colleges are recruiting a Business Transformation Project Officer to join our innovative team at North Lindsey College. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our business processes, we are seeking a committed individual who is passionate about driving change and delivering excellence. The purpose and scope of the Project Officer role is acting as a change catalyst, supporting the BSI team in enhancing business processes and project management, as well as driving strategic impact: contributing to the organisations continuous improvement by analysing, redesigning, and optimising business processes. As a Business Transformation Project Officer, you are responsible for process evaluation through the mapping and evaluation of current business processes for efficiency. Training and development through the design and delivery of a tailored training programme to support business needs. Stakeholder engagement and management, as you coordinate between stakeholders and IT teams to delivery excellence. The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in a business field (L3 or equivalent), along with Maths & English GCSE or equivalent). Experience in process quality/change roles is essential, along with proficiency in process mapping and quality improvement methodologies.
