SalaryBusiness Travel Touring Supervisor (Music) - Exciting new opportunity to join a successful Travel Management Company that arranges travel for A-list clients in the Music industry. We are looking for an experienced Business travel consultant or Travel consultant who has experience in touring ideally for the music industry or entertainment industry.
Salary £38,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits and being the senior touring consultant you will be working on this companies biggest accounts / clients. Role is office-based in London.
Business Travel Touring Supervisor (Music) duties:
- Booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for Music dedicated clients and groups
- Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
- Giving first class service whilst building rapport with tour managers and travel managers and suppliers
- Supervising and coordinating 10+ non direct reports on each tour
Business Travel Touring Supervisor (Music) skills required
- Strong Business travel experience is essential alongside experience of working in touring or with entertainment clients on project type work and groups
- Strong knowledge of Galileo or a native GDS
- Ticketing and reissuing experience
- Experience of building strong client relationships
- Previously lead, supervised or organised teams
Business Travel Touring Supervisor (Music) other info:
- Working between 0830-1830 on a small shift pattern working either 8.30am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm Please note flexibility is needed for this position due to the nature of the clients you are dealing with.
