Your responsibilities will include assisting in meal production, ensuring compliance with client, company, and statutory regulations, and supporting food service preparation, production, and presentation.
Job Description
As a valued member of our culinary team, you'll contribute to the success of our restaurant and hospitality services on-site and potentially at other locations as needed.
Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards and in compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Additionally, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests are served promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities
- To assist as directed with all aspects of food service preparation, production and presentation
- To support the restaurant and hospitality service delivery at site and across other sites if required
- To ensure cooking and production of food is done according to the Company standards and Statutory Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- To serve customers in the appropriate manner
- To lead and provide food and beverages at service counters and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service periods
- To ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost
- To ensure your immediate working area is clean and tidy at all times
- To support with all aspects of cleanliness in the kitchen and catering areas
- To ensure that all stores and other areas of potential loss are secured at all times
- To carry out any reasonable management request
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous catering experience required
- Clean and well presented
- Pleasant and engaging team member
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Previous food service experience
- COSHH and Manual handling
- Good communicator
