The Hotel Collection at the University of Edinburgh comprises of 4 hotels with kitchens at 3 of the properties. Of these, 2 have extensive kitchen reworks planned over the next 12 months.
We are hiring now to strengthen the team for the reopening of these restaurants with brand new, state of the art kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop with great equipment in a calm but professional working environment.
In this role you will:

- Prepare and deliver food for breakfast; lunch and dinner to the highest possible standards.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are met whilst on shift to ensure a safe working environment.
